About David Knode

David Knode is a seasoned Managing Broker with John L. Scott Real Estate, bringing 30 + years of real estate experience and more than 26 years as a Principal Managing Broker to the industry. Licensed since 1995 and serving in brokerage leadership since 1999, David has built a reputation for professionalism, strong negotiation, transactional excellence, and a deep commitment to both his clients and the brokers he mentors. As an Office Leader and Business Coach, he has spent years helping recruit, train, and develop agents while maintaining a high standard of service in every transaction.

David holds the CRB and GRI designations and has also been recognized as certified to teach continuing education in Washington State. His dedication to the profession extends far beyond his own business. He is actively involved with the Clark County Association of REALTORS®, Washington REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®, and has served in many different capacities on the CCAR Board of Directors. He has also been recognized as an RPAC Major Investor, reflecting his strong support for advocacy and the future of the real estate industry.
